[摘要] 目的 探讨改进包皮环切手术的方法与提高效果。方法 采用一次性包皮除去环对82例包皮过长及包茎患者施行新型环扎术以切除包皮，观察总结手术效果，随访成人组术后性生活状况。结果 手术时间平均只需8 min；术中几乎无出血；所有患者均无继发出血、血肿、感染。术后1～3个月随访，测量包皮保留部分，切缘平整美观。成人组性生活状况满意度提高。结论 包皮环扎术是对传统包皮环切术的简化和改进，应用简便、效果满意，是一种可供选择推广的包皮切除新方法。

    Clinical application of the preputial cerclage

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the improve way of circumcision of redundant prepuce and make it more useful.Methods For 82 cases of redundant prepuce patients to do new preputial cerclage and take redundant prepuce off.Then,postoperative follow-up the patients’ sexual life qualities and observe cerclage efficacy.Results Average 8 minutes per operation;All patients no bleeding,no hematoma and infection during or after operation.Postoperative follow up(after operation 1～3 month)：(1)the remain prepuce edge smooth and perfect;(2)the sexual life qualities improved.Conclusion Preputial cerclage is a new simplified useful way which take the redundant prepuce off. ......
