【摘 要】 目的 观察输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗因体外震波碎石术(ESWL)失败的输尿管结石的临床疗效。 方法 采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗ESWL失败的输尿管结石患者46例。 结果 40例患者碎石均获成功，成功率87%。 结论 输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石较为安全有效的方法，对ESWL失败的输尿管结石碎石疗效满意。
