【摘 要】 目的 研究扩张后含真皮下血管网皮片移植后成活率及组织学变化，评价其在临床上的应用潜能。方法 以家猪为实验动物，用扩张器在猪背进行扩张,形成扩张后含真皮下血管网皮片，与传统含真皮下血管网皮片进行对比,观察其成活率及组织学变化。结果 (1)2组皮片均成活，成活率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(2)实验组真皮变薄，乳头层弹力纤维大量增生，皮下血管网密度明显大于对照组，真皮网状层、真皮内胶原纤维粗大呈波浪状排列。(3)实验组脂肪层变薄,脂肪细胞体积变小。结论 扩张后含真皮下血管网皮片与传统含真皮下血管网皮片相比,两者成活率差异无显著意义。扩张后含真皮下血管网皮片具有供区瘢痕小、可提供大面积皮片等优点，可在临床上推广应用。【关键词】 含真皮下血管网皮片；扩张；植移；家猪

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the transplant viability of free skin with subdermal vascularplexus and histological changes after extreme expansion, and to evaluate its clinical therapeutic effect.Methods The domestic pigs were used in the study.The extreme expansion on pigs' back was done,free skin with subdermal vascularplexus was made after extreme expansion, then which was compared with normal free skin with subdermal vascularplexus, and its viability and histological changes were observed.Results (1) The viability in both groups was good, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).(2) Derma in experimental group became thinner,elastic fibers of papillar layer became hypertrophic,vessel density under skin was significantly greater than that of normal group,and collagen fibers of derma were bulky and lined like wave.(3) Fat layer of experimental group became thinner,fat cell got smaller.Conclusion There is no significant difference in transplant viability between free skin with subdermal vascularplexus after extreme expansion and traditional one.Free skin with subdermal vascularplexus after extreme expansion has advantages of small scar,supplying large area of free skin graft,which could be used in clinic. ......
