【摘 要】 目的 对我院2001～2005年肺功能测定在外科手术及特殊检查治疗中的变化趋势进行调查。 方法 对我院5年中各科肺功能检查资料进行分析。 结果 5年中各科共进行肺功能检查6025例，脑外、口/颌、开胸、上腹、下腹、骨科常规手术及新特手术肺功能检测率2001年分别为5.30%、14.56%、39.84%、16.60%、9.70%、11.40%、2.6%;2002年为6.90%、13.70%、34%、18.17%、12.53%、10.80%、3.90%;2003年为5.10%、10.90%、36.97%、18%、12.34%、8.97%、7.90%;2004年为5.88%、14.17%、32.03%、16.30%、12.18%、10.92%、8.52%;2005年为6.30%、10.79%、31.3%、16.13%、13.12%、10.17%、12.36%。 结论 我院5年中肺功能检测在开胸常规手术仍占主导地位，其次是上腹部常规手术;下腹部常规手术所占比例虽较小，上升势头较快;其他常规手术变化不大。新特手术技术及检查治疗占总体比例从最低迅猛上升，其他较散在的特殊检查和治疗亦呈上升趋势。
