【摘 要】 目的 探讨伊马替尼在体外对正常T淋巴细胞增殖和活性的影响。 方法 应用免疫磁珠分选人外周血CD3 + 的T细胞，加入植物血凝素和抗人CD3单克隆抗体体外培养。运用MTT法检测不同浓度的伊马替尼对T细胞增殖的影响;采用ELISA法检测其分泌的细胞因子浓度;同时分别通过流式细胞仪和混合淋巴细胞培养检测T细胞表面免疫活性标志和杀伤活性。 结果 加伊马替尼组的T细胞增殖活性受到抑制，细胞因子IFN-γ分泌减少，表面活性分子CD25和CD69明显减少，其对白血病细胞杀伤活性均不同程度降低，并且该抑制作用有量效依赖关系。 结论 有效治疗浓度的伊马替尼在体外对T细胞增殖和活性有抑制作用。
