     摘 要 TeflonAF是折射率低于水折射率(n=1.33)的新材料,应用TeflonAF光纤测量了浓度低至10-10 mol/L水中β胡萝卜素的共振拉曼光谱。TeflonAF光纤能够增强拉曼光谱强度,提高测量检出限103倍。TeflonAF光纤内共振拉曼技术,是检测水中物质信息的可行的新方法。

    Application of TeflonAF Fibre in the Measurement of Resonance Raman Spectroscopy

    Abstract TeflonAF is a new material with a refractive index lower than that of the water (n=1.33). The resonance Raman spectra of aqueous βcarotene at extremely low concentration from 10-5 to 10-10mol/L were obtained by TeflonAF fibre. The Raman intensity can be enhanced, and the detection limit can be improved approximately 1000 times. The technique of resonance Raman scattering in TeflonAF fibre provides new and effective way for the detection of molecules in aqueous solution.
