摘 要 合成了两种桥联β环糊精固定相，将其用于芳香烃位置异构体、氨基酸的对映异构体的拆分，同时比较了其与βCD固定相的手性拆分效果。研究结果表明，桥联环糊精固定相对一些对映异构体具有较好的选择性；其对普通的环糊精固定相的选择性具有一定的补充或者改进作用。

Abstract Two bridgelinked βcyclodextrins (βCDs) bonded to silica gels were synthesized, then they were packed into two steel columns, respectively. Some aromatic compounds and enantiomers of amino acids, such as nitroaniline, DnsD,LLeucine et al were separated on two columns using acelonitrile/water (40∶60) or wethanol/water (50∶50) as mobile phase in reversed phase liquid chromatography. The chiral separations were compared to βCD stationary phases. The results demonstrate that some chiral separations on two bridgelinked βCDs were better than those on βCD stationary phase. ......
