[摘要] 目的 探讨复发性小脑星形细胞瘤并脑积水的治疗及治疗方法的选择。方法 本文选择了近4年3例复发性小脑星形细胞瘤并脑积水患者的手术治疗，均行右侧侧脑室-腹腔分流术及肿瘤大部分切除术，并结合有关文献资料进行阐述。结果 3例复发性小脑星形细胞瘤病理学分级，Ⅰ级1例﹑Ⅱ级2例，行手术治疗后，有2例加放射治疗效果良好，1例未做放疗，后者出现肿瘤复发趋势。结论 肿瘤的性质﹑体积﹑分级﹑并发症及所选治疗方法是影响患者肿瘤复发和生存期的重要因素，对患者病情的预后具有重要意义。[关键词] 小脑星形细胞瘤；复发；脑积水；手术
Treatment of recurrent cerebellum astrocytoma with hydocephalus

[Abstract] Objective This article is inquring into the treatment for recurrent cerebellum astrocytoma with hydocephalus and the choice of treatment for it.Methods Three cases of recurrent cerebellum astrocytoma with hydocephalus were selected and the right ventriculo-peritoneal shunt and the removal of carcinoma were performed.Results By pathology grading for the three cases recurrent cerebellum astrocytoma with hydocephalus,there was a cases recurrent cerebellum astrocytoma with hydocephalus,a case of grade Ⅰ and two cases of grade Ⅱ.After operative treatment,two patients treated with radiotherapy, and found that the effectiveness was favorable.There was trend of carcinoma recurrence on the patient not treated with radiotherapy.Conclusion The important factors which effect the recurrence of patients carcinoma and patients existent time are the quality and volume and grading of carcinoma and the complication and the treatment choice, they are important for patients prognosis. ......
