Discussion on capacity and quality of the ideoligical work staff in health sectorsWei Xiao
Abstract Ideological work is a science related to “Soul Work”. Ideological work staff doing ideological work in health sectors plays a very important role. But at present, in some health sectors there is a long distance between the staffs capacity and quality and the developments as well as the requirements in their work. Hence, its worthwhile to improve it, taking effective measures to strengthen it, in accordance with the real facts in health sectors at all levels. Only by this means, can the staff adapt themselves to the new developments of health care and meet the requirements in their work in health sectors.

摘要： 思想政治工作是一门涉及“灵魂工程”的科学。医疗卫生部门的政工人员是政工队伍的重要组成部分。目前少数医疗卫生部门政工队伍的能力与素质与新形势发展以及岗位要求还存在一些差距，为此，能力素质建设值得我们探索与思考，有待各级医疗卫生部门结合本单位的实际，采取多种有效措施加强政工队伍的能力素质建设，以适应新时期卫生事业的发展和满足本单位工作的需求。
