[摘要] 目的 总结腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆总管探查的经验与临床疗效。方法 对2005年4月～2006年6月应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜对52例胆总管结石患者治疗的经验与效果进行回顾性分析。结果 52例中41例取石后行T管引流，4例取石后一期缝合胆总管壁，7例经胆囊管行胆总管胆道镜探查取石。术后残留结石1例通过T管窦道胆道镜取出结石，胆漏1例，无其他手术并发症。结论 腹腔镜胆总管探查取石、T管引流是治疗胆总管结石安全有效的措施，同时具有创伤小、术后疼痛轻、住院时间短等优点。

    Clinical application of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration

    [Abstract] Objective To summarize the experience and clinical effect of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration combined with choledochoscopy.Methods The clinical data of 52 patients undergoing laparoscopic common bile duct exploration combined with choledochoscopy from April 2005 to June 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The procedure was successful in 41 cases with T tube drainage and 4 cases with primary suture of duct incision and 7 cases laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration.Residual stones of one case were removed by choledochoscopy postoperatively.Bile leakage occurred in one case.No operative complications occurred in other patients.Conclusion If patients are suitable, laparoscopic common bile duct exploration is a feasible, safe and effective method and it is a minimally invasive technique with less postoperative pain and shorter hospital stay. ......
