邻氨基酚,电聚合,循环伏安,葡萄糖,,邻氨基酚，电聚合，循环伏安，葡萄糖,1引言,2实验部分,3结果与讨论,References摘 要 以循环伏安法在碳糊电极(CPE)表面上修饰聚邻氨基酚膜(POAP)，再以浸泡吸附法在此膜中嵌入金属离子Ni2+，制成Ni/POAP/CPE。该电极在0.09 mol/L NaOH 溶液中通过90圈扫描活化后，在-0.15 至 0.65 V区间出现一对峰形良好且稳定的氧化还原峰。循环伏安实验发现,Ni/POAP/CPE对葡萄糖的电氧化有良好的催化特性，催化活性受薄膜的厚度、薄膜中Ni2+的浓度、电极的活化时间以及电解液组成的影响。实验结果表明:该电极是一种良好的无酶葡萄糖传感器。
Electrocatalytic Oxidation of Glucose by Poly(oaminophenol)/Nickel Modified Carbon Paste Electrode

Abstract Poly(oaminophenol)/nickel modified carbon paste electrode (Ni/POAP/CPE) was prepared by potential scan electropolymerization in an aqueous solution. Ni2+ ions were incorporated by immersion of the modified electrode in a 1 mol/L nickel sulfate solution. A couple of welldeveloped stable redox waves was observed on Ni/POAP/CPE after 70 cycles of potential scanning in 0.09 mol/L NaOH solution. Cyclic voltammetric experiments showed that the Ni/POAP/CPE exhibited an electro catalytic effect on the glucose oxidation. The oxidation of glucose was affected by the thickness of films, the concentration of nickel ion in the films, pH of the electrolyte. All of these conditions have been studied in order to achieve stable response current during the oxidation of glucose. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of glucose exhibits a good linear dependence on the concentration of glucose in the range of 0.01-0.08 mmol/L glucose and their quantification can be done easily. ......
