摘 要 目的：探讨内蒙古包头地区汉族、蒙族人群中肿瘤坏死因子β(tumor necrosis factor beta,TNFβ)1 069位点等位基因多态性与慢性肾功能衰竭的关系。方法：采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对慢性肾功能衰竭患者58例及正常对照85例TNFβ基因的单碱基突变多态性进行了分析。结果：慢性肾功能衰竭患者的TNFβ*2等位基因频率(71.6%)较正常人(55.8%)明显升高(RR=0.504，P< 0.01)。结论：TNFβ*2等位基因频率与慢性肾功能衰竭发病易患性相关。

    A Study on the Association of TNFβ Polymorphism and Chronic Renal Failure

    Abstract Objective：To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of TNFβ and chronic renal failure among Han and Mongol ethic Chinese in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Methods：The single base change polymorphism in TNFβ gene was detected among 58 chronic renal failure patients and 85 controls by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP). Results：The gene frequency of the TNFβ*2 (71.6%)was significantly higher in chronic renal failure patients than that in the normal controls (55.8%， RR=0.504，P<0.01).Conclusion：TNFβ*2 allelic frequency is associated with chronic renal failure. ......
