【摘要】 目的 探讨阿立派唑治疗病毒性脑炎所致精神障碍的疗效及副反应。方法 选择38例符合CCMD-3关于病毒性脑炎所致精神障碍患者，予以阿立派唑治疗8周，BPRS分别于1、2、4、6、8周末进行评分，统计分析采用t检验。结果 68.42%患者为临床痊愈，21.05%患者显效，7.8%患者进步，2.63%患者无效。BPRS总分及各因子分均有显著下降，具有明显差异。结论 阿立派唑在治疗病毒性脑炎所致精神障碍具有较好的疗效及较少的副反应。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of aripiprazole in the treatmeat of patients with mental disorders dut to virus encephalitis.Methods 38 cases met the CCMD-3 criteria for mental 1disorders dut to virus encephalitis treated with Aripiprazole for 8 weeks.The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)in the end of week 1.2.4.6.8.. Descriptive analysis and t-test were performed in statistical analysis.Results 38 valid cases among the 38 patients 68.42% met the criteria of complete relief ,21.05% significantly improvement, 7.89% improve, and 2.63% got no change.38 cases who complete the treatment the total score and every subscore of BPRS reduction at end point in patients treated with aripiprazole was notice difference.Conclusion Anipiprozole showed good effect on the positive and the side effect of anipiprazole were light and few. ......
