【摘要】 目的 探讨脑性瘫痪运动功能障碍的综合治疗效果。方法 将确诊为脑性瘫痪的患儿200例随机分为2组，治疗组和对照组各100例，两组均采用药物治疗、神经运动疗法、家庭式训练治疗，治疗组加用传统医学按摩、针灸等治疗方法。30天为1个疗程，90天为1个评估阶段，本研究总治疗评估时间为9个月。结果 治疗组较对照组疗效显著(P<0.05)，治疗组疗程越长，效果越显著。结论 脑性瘫痪运动功能障碍治疗加用传统医学的针灸按摩等手段疗效显著。综合治疗时间越长，效果越好，提示脑性瘫痪无论轻重，只要长期多手段综合康复治疗，其运动功能可得到逐渐改善。

    Observation the effect of treating cerebral palsy integratedly

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical effect of treating cerebral palsy integrtedly.Methods 200 patients diagnosed as cerebral palsy are randomly divided into a treated group and a contrast group of 100 patients each. Both the groups are treated with drugs,cerebral movement and family training. The treated group received additional traditional massage, acpuncture,etc.A treatment period lasts a month and a evaluation period lasts three months. The whole evaluation period lasts 9 months.Results The treated group shows obvious effects(P<0.05).The longer the treatment period, the better the effect. Conclusion Integrated treatment combined with traditional medicine’s appuncture and message has good effect. The longer the integrated treatment, the better the effect. Long integrated recovery treatment by various means can improve the patient’s movement function no matter how serious cerebral palsy is. ......
