【摘要】 目的 探讨高效静脉丙球(intravenous immunoglobulin,IVIG)治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎(rotavirus enteritis,RVE)的临床疗效。方法 将临床和实验检查确诊为RVE的179例患儿随机分为两组：对照组115例给予抗病毒和对症支持治疗，治疗组64例在对照组基础上加用高效静脉丙球400mg/kg静脉滴注，每日1次，比较两组止泻、退热和临床症状改善时间，同时观察RVE患儿并发病毒性心肌炎的比例，以及心脏受损、恢复情况。结果 病毒性心肌炎发生率升高，治疗组平均止泻、退热和临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)，未见副作用。结论 IVIG可用于治疗婴幼儿RVE，能缩短病程，安全有效。

    Therapeutic effectiveness of gh potency immunoglobulin for infants with rotavirus enteritis

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapy of intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)for infants with rotavirus enteritis(REV).Methods 179 cases of infants with rotavirus enteritis were divided into two groups randomly.Control group(115 cases)was treated only by antivirus and supportive treatment,while the experimental group(64 cases)was treated by intravenous immunoglobulin for 400mg/kg/d additionally.Duration for alleviation of diarrhea,abatement of fever and amelioration of symptoms were contrasted.Meanwhile viral myocarditis complicated by rotavirus enteritis,the injury and recovery of myocardium were also studied.Results Incidence of viral myocarditis is high in infants with rotavirus enteritis.Duration for alleviation of diarrhea,abatement of fever and amelioration of symptoms in experimental group is shorter than that of control group significantly(P<0.001) ......
