     [摘要] 目的探讨鼻内镜在视频系统下行咽鼓管咽口置管及鼓室成形Ⅱ型手术的效果。方法采用史塞克公司生产的直径4.0 mm,长30 cm,角度0°鼻内镜及配套视频系统准确将直径1.5 mm胶管经咽口置入,留置后行鼓室成形术。结果 12耳手术中,操作灵活、使用方便、部位准确、置管妥当,使手术成功率为100%,咽鼓管功能正常率83.33%,好转率16.67%。结论鼻内镜在视频系统下咽鼓管置管具有独特的优势,视野阔、视角大、操作灵活、部位准确,扩大了鼓室成形术的适应证。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of salpingocatheterism through pharyngeal opening of auditory tube under nasal endoscope and Ⅱ tympanoplasty.Methods After catheters were accurately inserted through pharyngeal opening of auditory tube under nasal endoscope,tympanoplasty was operated.Results Among oralear surgery 100%,operations were successful,the recovery rate of auditory tube function was 83.33%,the better rate of that was 16.67%.Conclusion Salpingocatheterism under nasal endoscope provides enlarged operation field and operation angle,flexible operation,accurate location.It enlarges the indication of tympanoplasty. ......
