颞浅动脉大剂量灌注化疗上颌窦癌30例近期疗效观察

     摘要：目的：探讨大剂量羟基喜树碱+阿霉素+5氟脲嘧啶(5FU)动脉灌注治疗晚期上颌窦癌的疗效。方法：30 例晚期上颌窦癌随机分为2组，颞浅动脉灌注组15例，采用大剂量羟基喜树碱+阿霉素+5FU进行颞浅动脉插管灌注；静脉滴注组15例，采用同样剂量作静脉滴注，对2组的疗效进行比较。结果：颞浅动脉灌注组完全缓解(CR)6例(40.0%)，部分缓解 (PR)7例(46.7%)，总缓解率达86.7%;静脉滴注组CR 1例(6.7%)，PR 6例(40.0%)，2组缓解率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：羟基喜树碱+阿霉素+5FU行颞浅动脉插管灌注化疗是治疗晚期上颌窦癌较好的方法。

    An observation on the effect of intraarterial high dose chemotherapy

    Xinjiang Medical Medical University, Urumqi 830011, China)Abstract: Objective: In order to investigate the therapy effect of the artery infuses with Hydroxycamptothecine+Adriamycin+5FU to treat the advanced maxillary sinus carcinoma. Methods: Thirty cases with advanced carcinoma of the maxillary sinus were randomized to 2 groups, A group infuse with Hydroxycamptothecine+Adriamycin+5FU by the tube in arteria temporalis superficialis, another group was given by vein drop with the same dose, carrying on the prospect contrast research. Results: Complete respone (CR) of the artery infuses was 40.0%, and partial respone( PR) 46.7%, the CR of other group was 6.7%, and PR was 40.0%. There was obvious difference between two groups. Conclusions: Infusing with Hydroxycamptothecine+Adriamycin+5FU by the tube of temporalis superficialis artery has higher effect than the method of vein dropping. It is a good method to treat advanced maxillary sinus carcinoma by infusing with Hydroxycamptothecine+Adriamycin+5FU by the tube of temporalis superficialis artery. ......
