南宁市5岁以下儿童死亡状况分析

     【摘要】目的了解南宁市5岁以下儿童死亡状况与特点，探讨干预措施。方法对2000~2004年5年间南宁市5岁以下儿童死亡资料进行分析。结果 2000~2004年5岁以下儿童死亡率分别为1452‰、1327‰、1246‰、1339‰、1220‰，前5位死因为肺炎、早产低体重、先天异常、出生窒息、意外。结论南宁市2000～2004年5年间的5岁以下儿童死亡率总体呈下降趋势；南宁农村5岁以下儿童死亡率远高于城市，不同性别的儿童在死亡前所享用的卫生医疗服务不平等。

    Situation Analysis on Children's Mortality under-five Years Old in Nanning City

    【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation and characteristics of children's mortality under five years old and explore the intervention measures. Methods the data of children's mortality from 2000 to 2004 were analyzed in Nanning City.Results the mortality rate from 2000 to 2004 were 1452‰, 1327‰, 1246‰, 1339‰, and 1220‰ respectively and the top five causes were pneumonia, low birth weight, congenital anomalies, born suffocation and accidents. Conclusions the mortality rate is overall descending trend in Nanning, and the rate in rural area is much higher than that of city; there are some gender differentiation in health care service accessibility. ......
