二维超声和彩色多普勒在乳腺癌诊断中的价值

     摘要：目的：研究二维声像图和彩色多普勒血流参数在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法：对经手术后病理证实的168例乳腺癌的二维声像与彩色多普勒血流显像表现进行综合分析。结果：二维超声中,病灶形态不规则或有蟹足样突起者占97.0%,病灶内部回声低而不均匀者占98.2%,其中有微钙化者占51.2%,彩色多普勒血流显像中血流信号的检出率为98.8%,其中90.9%有穿入性血流,阻力指数(RI)≥0.70者占78.3%。结论：二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流特点在乳腺癌的诊断中有重要诊断意义和价值。

    in the diagnosis of breast cancer

    Abstract: Objectives： To study the charateristic changes of breast cancer by 2D and color Doppler ultrasound. Methods: Bmode ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) of 168 cases of breast cancer confirmed by clinical operation and pathology were enrolled in the study, and these results had been compared with pathology diagnosis. Results： Findings on 2DUS included: irregular shape or spiculate margin were in 163 of 168 (97.0%) breast cancer; heterogeneous and hypoechoic echoes were in 165 of 168 cases (98.2%); microcalcification were in 86 of 168 cases (51.2%). In CDFI, blood flow was 98.8% found. 151 cases (90.9%) were found perforating blood vessels. 78.3% resistance index (RI) were more than 0.7. Conclusions： Bmode ultrasound and CDFI are great value in diagnosis of breast cancer. ......
