[摘要] 目的：比较南海群礁作业人员上礁前与下礁时身体及心理健康状况，为制定合理的医疗卫生保障方案提供依据。方法：制定统一表格，分别于上礁前和下礁时，由医务人员进行当面询问、测试、记录。其中的指数采用视觉模糊评分法。结果：与上礁前相比，下礁时RBC、HCT、PLT、WBC均明显升高，HGB明显降低；舒张压明显升高；体重平均增加了0.78 kg，但无统计学意义；健康指数、体能指数、食欲指数、睡眠指数、睡眠时间、工作积极性指数、注意力指数等均非常显著性降低；记忆力指数有一定程度的下降；情绪指数和工作质量指数略有好转，但无统计学意义；人际关系融洽的比例明显降低，关系紧张的比例相对增多。结论：较长时间在南海群礁作业，对作业人员身体及心理健康状况均有一定的负面影响。

    Abstract：Objective: To compare the physical and mental health status of the reef garrison personnel in the South China Sea, before they were sent on duty and when they were off duty from the reefs, and also to provide solid basis for the development of a sound medical support profile for the garrison force.
