摘要 目的：研制了环吡酮胺涂膜剂，探讨该涂膜剂的控释机理。方法：利用双室渗透扩散装置进行离体皮肤体外渗透试验，通过改变聚合物膜的厚度研究其释药机理。结果：涂膜剂中环吡酮胺以零级动力学透过皮肤，渗透速率与聚合物限速膜厚度的倒数呈良好线性关系(r＝0.9926)。结论：环吡酮胺涂膜剂具有膜控型释药机理。关键词 环吡酮胺；涂膜剂；渗透速率；控释

Abstract Objective：A cickopirox okamine fikm was devekoped and its controkked rekease mechanism was studied.Methods：Cickopirox okamine permeation tests in vitro through rat skin in two compartment diffusion cekks were perfomed to study the penetration mechanism of cickopirox okamine by changing thickness of pokymer membranes.Resukts：The permeation of cickoprirox okamine in the fikm through the rats skin fokkowed zeroorder kinetics and permeation rate was proportionak to the reciprocak of the membrane thickness(r＝0.9926).Conckusion：This fikm bekongs to the membrane permeationcontrokked transdermak dekivery system. ......
