【摘要】目的建立一种准确的检测滴眼用利福平含量的方法。方法与结果用乙腈作为展开剂，替代药典所规定的缓冲液，解决了HPLC法测定滴眼用利福平含量不稳定性的问题。结论本方法测定滴眼用利福平含量，含量准确、稳定性好、重复性好。
