颏下进路气管内插管在复杂面部骨折治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨一种新的气管内插管方式——颏下进路气管内插管在复杂面部骨折治疗中的应用。方法 回顾分析我院1996年1月—2003年12月间实施复杂面部骨折手术治疗患者的临床资料，研究组32例为颏下进路气管内插管，对照组35例为气管切开气管内插管。结果 研究组操作时间、术后并发症均小于对照组，有统计学意义(P<005)，操作安全性与对照组无差别。结论 经颏下进路气管内插管是一种安全有效的插管方式，在复杂面部骨折手术治疗中可以替代气管切开气管内插管。【关键词】 颏下进路；气管内插管；复杂面部骨折
