Abstract
We put forward the diathesis that a head nurse and department head should enhance during hospital management.We expatiated on the ways of improving diathesis of head nurse and department head from 6 aspects detailedly,and provided an important conference for hospital supervisor about how to manage a hospital and how to improve the management ability of middle-level cadre.
