【摘要】 目的 了解医学院校大学生HIV/AIDS相关行为，并探讨其与依恋模式之间的关系。 方法 采用分层整群抽样方法抽取1227名医学院校在校大学生进行自填式问卷调查。 结果 调查对象的恋爱经历与安全依恋模式得分呈正相关，与恐惧型呈负相关;性经历与恐惧型呈负相关。调查对象对安全套的使用情况和感染身份的暴露与安全型正相关，与沉溺型负相关，与恐惧型负相关;高危行为的部分影响因素也与依恋模式相关。 结论 依恋模式对医科大学生的HIV/AIDS相关行为有重要影响，值得进一步研究。
