[Abstract] Blood purification is one of the most useful measure to deal with the acute or chronic renal function failure.It has high clearance rate,short dialysis-time,low concurrent infection and protein loss.With the blood purification technique quick development and widespread application,patients have manifest longer life span.Good nursing care,the improving quality of life,and the decreasing long-term complication is the crucial point to keep the long-term dialysis utility.
