【摘要】 目的 探讨Medtronic Minimed动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)运用于糖尿病(DM)患者的临床意义及护理特点。方法 对32例DM患者进行72h动态血糖监测，同时进行相关知识教育与护理。结果 (1)32例DM患者均顺利完成动态血糖监测且耐受性良好；(2)CGMS血糖值与自我血糖监测(SGMS)血糖值的相关性良好；(3)根据CGMS检查结果，可以针对性制订治疗方案，并且能够取得较好的治疗效果。结论 CGMS所提供的信息对于血糖波动特征及变化趋势的认识和协助制定DM患者治疗策略是非常有帮助的，而加强护理是CGMS顺利完成的保证。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical virtue of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) in diabetes mellitus and it’s nursing character in application. Methods 72 hours continuous glucose monitoring was applied in 32 diabetic patients, and relative education and nursing were applied in all the patients. Results (1) The CGMS was well toleranced in all patients; (2) The correlation between CGMS and blood glucose self-monitoring(BGSM) glucose values were favorable. (3) In some patients, optimal treatment could be done according to much more valuable information that the CGMS offered. Conclusion CGMS can offer much more information about blood glucose excursion, better accuracy, and instructal virtue on diabetic treatment; Improve the nursing can make the CGMS be well completed. ......
