     [摘要]采用浸没循环撞击流反应器(SCISR),通过沉淀法制备了纳米羟基磷灰石,并用X射线衍射、红外光谱、透射电镜对纳米羟基磷灰石进行了表征和形貌分析,结果表明:采用浸没循环撞击流反应器可得到直径15nm、长度50nm~70nm左右,且尺寸分布均匀的纳米羟基磷灰石棒状颗粒。

    Synthesis of Hydroxyapatite Nano-Rods/Whiskers by Precipitation in Impinging Streams

    [Abstract] Objedtives To obtain Hydroxyapatite (HAP) nano-rods/whiskers with well-controlled sizes. Methods Hydroxyapatite (HAP) nano-rods/whiskers are prepared by precipitation in the submerged circulative impinging stream reactor (SCISR). Results While pH = 12.5, the dripping time of the di-ammonia phosphate solution is 54mL•min-1 and the stirring rate is 1200r.min-1, the uniform sized hydroxyapatite nano-whiskers with the size of 15nm in diameter and 50nm~70nm in length can be obtained in SCISR. Conclusions The submerged circulative impinging stream reactor (SCISR) is especially suitable for the preparation of ultrafine particles by reaction-precipitation and exhibits very well performance. ......
