高龄患者小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术

     [摘要] 目的探讨高龄患者小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的效果及安全性。方法 53例58眼，年龄80～93岁，平均84.36岁的高龄患者小切口的白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术，对其术后视力并发症进行回顾性分析。

    结果术后3个月视力≥0.5者36眼，占62.06%，无严重并发症。结论高龄患者小切口白内障摘除并植入人工晶体手术安全且有效。
