采取改良SDS法对天麻花葶DNA提取研究(pdf)

    【摘要】 以天麻花葶为材料，采用改良SDS法对天麻DNA提取进行了研究，经紫外分光光度计和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测，能得到高纯度的DNA，OD260/OD280在1.75～1.9之间，蛋白质、多糖、RNA等去除较彻底，适于进一步分析。

    Study on extraction of DNA of Gastrodia elata.scape in an improved SDS method

    【Abstract】 The DNA of Gastrodia elata.scape were extracted with an improved SDS method.The extracted DNA was examined by ultraviolet absorption test and agarose gelelectrophoresis.The results showed that the improved SDS method was suitable for DNA extraction in Gastrodia elata.The purity of the extracted DNA was very high with OD260/OD280 value of 1.75～1.9.The protein,polyhexose and RNA were eliminated completely.It could be used for analysis.
