[摘要] 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病的诊断价值。方法 对280例患者的子宫内膜进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测，并与诊断性刮宫、手术病理结果对照。结果 无子宫内膜病变的109例，良性病变162例，子宫内膜癌9例，三者声像图表现、血流显示、阻力指数(RI)均有明显差异。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查是诊断子宫内膜病的重要手段。[关键词] 子宫内膜病变;经阴道彩色多普勒超声
Value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial disease

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial disease.Methods Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasounds were performed in 280 patients endometria.The sonograms were compared with the results of dilatation and curettage and pathology.Results In 280 patients,109 of them were non-endometrial disease,162 were benign disease and 9 were endometrial carcinoma.There had remarkable difference in their sonograms,blood flow images and resistance indexes.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is an important method in diagnosis of endometrial disease. ......
