【摘要】 目的 了解近期天津地区手外伤的病因、发病特点及社会学后果。方法 对2004年1月～2005年1月我院急诊手外伤患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果 1年共有急诊手外伤患者8742例，绝大多数为工伤，男多于女，手外伤的发生有一定的季节和时间规律。结论 天津地区手外伤以外来打工者居多，造成一定的社会学后果，加强政策管理和劳动保护十分必要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause,characteristics and society outcome of hand injuries in Tianjin area.Methods To study material of patients with emergency hand trauma in Tianjin Hospital in 2004.Results There are 8742 cases altogether,most of them are occurred at work,there are more male than female.Conclusion Most of cases in Tianjin Hospital came from rural area.It results in sociological outcome in some degree,so it is very important to enforce strategy managing and labor protection.
