[摘要] [目的] 探讨CD99蛋白表达在胃腺癌诊断中的意义. [方法] 采用免疫组织化学方法给111例胃腺癌和20例正常胃黏膜组织进行CD99蛋白表达检测. [结果] CD99蛋白在正常胃黏膜细胞膜上呈高度表达，在胃腺癌细胞中呈低度表达，在正常胃黏膜和胃腺癌组织免疫组织化学染色积分数分别为7.92±3.14，1.85±3.05，两者间有显著性差异.CD99蛋白在早期胃癌组织中的表达高于进展期中，且进展期Ⅰ期病变中的积分数高于进展期Ⅳ期. [结论] CD99蛋白的免疫组织化学检测可作为胃腺癌早期诊断的参考指标.
