[摘要] 目的 观察中西医结合疗法治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。 方法 对60例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者采用腰部垫枕复位、腰背肌肉功能背伸锻炼，配合中药骨康煎剂内服、蜡疗及中药外敷治疗。结果 治愈43例(71.67%)，好转15例(25.00%)，未愈2例(3.33%)，总有效率达96.67%。结论 中西医结合治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折复位效果及减少后遗腰痛等均有较满意的疗效。
