[摘要] [目的] 观察通鼻胶囊对急性炎症及免疫性炎症的药理作用. [方法] 建立多种实验性动物炎症模型，观察通鼻胶囊对各种炎症的治疗效果. [结果] 通鼻胶囊可抑制大鼠足烫伤的肿胀，降低炎性组织中的前列腺素E 2 的含量，减轻豚鼠免疫性炎症的症状. [结论] 通鼻胶囊具有对抗急性及免疫性炎症的作用.
