[摘要] [目的] 探讨马齿苋水提取物对小鼠急性炎症的影响. [方法] 采用二甲苯及巴豆油制作小鼠耳廓肿胀模型，观察马齿苋水提取物对小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响. [结果] 1，2g/kg马齿苋水提取物对二甲苯所致炎症均有明显抑制作用;2g/kg马齿苋水提取物对巴豆油所致炎症有抑制作用. [结论] 马齿苋水提取物具有消炎作用.
