[摘要] [目的] 探讨L-赖氨酸对骨质疏松的防治作用. [方法] 取健康雌性3月龄SD大鼠随机分组，切除除对照组外其他各组大鼠的双侧卵巢，制作骨质疏松动物模型;预防组大鼠于术后3d开始、治疗组大鼠于术后3个月开始每日灌胃给予0.375g/kg L-赖氨酸;对照组及模型组大鼠于术后3d开始每日灌胃给予同等量的生理盐水.术后6个月处死各组大鼠，进行相关指标检测. [结果] 预防组及治疗组大鼠骨组织最大应力、最大应变、弹性模量、骨密度值、骨钙含量、骨皮质厚度、TBV，MTT，TBP均明显高于模型组，且差异均有统计学意义. [结论] L-赖氨酸作用于骨有机质增强骨强度，增加骨量，对骨质疏松有防治作用.
