提要：目的：研究CT诊断腮腺肿瘤的价值。方法：21例采用CT扫描与病理对照研究。结果：CT诊断腮腺肿瘤的敏感性为82.6%，特异性66.7%，漏诊率17.4%，误诊率33.3%。CT鉴别腮腺良、恶性肿瘤的敏感性为54.5%，特异性68.2%，漏诊率45.5%，误诊率31.8%。结论：CT诊断腮腺肿瘤敏感性、特异性均较高，有一定的价值，但分辨腮腺肿瘤的良、恶性敏感性较低。
