过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)在宫颈癌中的表达及意义

     【摘要】 目的 观察过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)在宫颈癌中的表达状况,探讨其临床意义。方法 利用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学技术检测70例宫颈癌标本、26例宫颈上皮内瘤变标本和同期26例慢性宫颈炎标本中PPAR-γ表达状况并分析其与分化程度等临床病理指标关系。结果 70例宫颈癌标本中PPAR-γ表达阳性38例(54.29%),26例宫颈上皮内瘤变表达阳性7例(26.92%)、26例慢性宫颈炎标本中表达阳性1例(3.85%)。三者比较具有极显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。PPAR-γ高表达与宫颈癌患者的年龄、临床分期和组织学类型均无相关性(P>0.05);与分化程度、淋巴转移均有差异(P<0.05)。结论 PPAR-γ在宫颈癌中的表达高于宫颈上皮内瘤变和慢性宫颈炎,在宫颈癌的发病机制中可能具有重要的作用,PPAR-γ基因的激活有望成为宫颈癌治疗的一个新途径。

    Different Expression and Significance of Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptorγ in Cervical Carcinoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the different expression of peroxisome proliferator - activated receptorγ(PPAR-γ),and to evaluate its possible significance in cervical carcinoma.Methods Establishing cervical carcinoma tissue microarray with tissue microarray technology to detect PPAR-γ expression in 70 cases of cervical carcinoma 、38 cases cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 26 case of chronic cervicitis issue patients in the same time selected as the normal control by immunohistochemical SP,and to analyze its relationship to clinicopathological factors such as differentiation grades.Results 54.29% of the carcinomas showed a marked increase of PPAR-γ expression,26.92% of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 、3.85% of the chronic cervicitis tissues showed a marked increase.Clinicopathological analysis of patients showed that the increase of PPAR-γ expression were not associated with age,histological classification and clinical stages,but was associated with differentiation grades,lymph nodes metastases.Conclusions The expression of PPAR-γ was higher in cervical carcinoma than in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and chronic cervicitis issue,which may have important effect in the occurring and development of cervical carcinoma.Actived PPAR-γ may be a novel approach to the treatment of cervical carcinoma. ......
