对精神分裂症患者的MMPI测试结果的元分析

【摘要】目的 对11年来精神分裂症患者的MMPI测验结果进行元分析。方法 查阅中国期刊网数据库，对选取的31篇文章中48项数据与常模进行比较及效应量分析。结果 精神分裂症MMPI除SI和MF外，其它8个临床量表均存在显著性；对不同性别进行分析，男性患者存在相似情况，但女性患者除D量表外其它各量表均存在显著差异；∧模式除SI和MF外，其它8个临床量表均存在显著性，∨模式却只在HY和SI两个量表存在显著差异。结论 不同性别、不同模式之间存在差异。【关键词】 精神分裂 MMPI 元分析 效果量

【Abstract】Objective A metaanalysis of accumulation of 11 years results of patients with schizophrenia on MMPI factors.Methods The China Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) were reviewed,means compare and effectsize analysis were conducted with 40 items data selected.Result With schizophrenia,MMPI factors were significantly different than the norm but SI and MF factors;when it come to different gender and different pattern,the man and the pattern ∧ were similarity,but female were significantly different than the norm but D factors and pattern.∨ were just significantly different on HY and SI factors.Conclusion There were significantly different on MMPI factors of different gender and different pattern. ......
