摘要:以乙酸乙酯作为溶剂对茶叶进行微波萃取, 通过比较不同萃取工艺的优缺点,对提取出的茶多酚采用标准曲线法进行测定,结果表明,用此法对茶多酚的萃取率较高,且省时,效率高。通过进一步的放大性实验,可以验证此方法在工业化提取茶多酚的应用方面很有前景。

Study on conditions of extracting tea polyphenols from tea through microwave extraction

Abstract: Solvent of ethyl acetate extracted teapolyphenols from tea. After comparing deferent conditions of experiment and analyzing results, a conclusion can be come to: extraction rate of teapolyphenols is higher, and time needed is short. According to the enlarged experiments, the means of extracting TP with microwave-assisted extraction is greatly promising in the application of industry. ......
