[摘 要] 目的: 研究检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血Lunx mRNA表达对于诊断肿瘤微转移的临床价值。方法: 采用荧光定量RT-PCR技术，对42例NSCLC患者及18例良性肺部疾病患者外周血Lunx mRNA进行检测。结 果: NSCLC患者外周血Lunx mRNA表达的阳性率为40.5%(17/42)， I～Ⅱ期NSCLC患者的阳性率为18.8%(3/16)，Ⅲ期患者的阳性率为47.1%(8/17)，Ⅳ期 患者阳性率为66.7%(6/9)，而肺部良性疾病患者外周血无1例阳性表达。结论: 检测外周血Lunx mRNA表达可作为诊断早期NSCLC患者微转移的一个参考指标。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical value of expressions of Lunx mRNA in the peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) for diagnosing micrometastasis. Methods: Fluorescent quantitation PCR was used to detect the expressions of Lunx mRNA in peripheral blood samples from 42 pa-tients with NSCLC and 18 patients with benign pulmonary lesion.
