不同人工栽培技术对云南黄连主要有效成分的影响 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 确定云连的最适宜采收年限和栽培技术，为今后云连生产提供理论依据。 方法 采用高效液相色谱对不同种植年限、不同生长条件下的云连及味连主要药用成分进行分析。 结果 种植2年至2年半后为云连的最适宜采收期，种植在荫网下的云连其药用成分较林下的高。 结论 确定适宜的采收期和种植技术是云连获得较理想的有效成分的前提条件，同时应加强对须根及叶的采收与利用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To confirm the optimal harvest age and cultivating condition, and provide theoretic knowledge for the planting of Coptis teeta Wall. Methods A HPLC method was adopted to measurate the medicinal compositions of Coptis teeta Wall, and Coptis chinensis Franch. Results The optimal harvest time is two years or two and half years after transplanting, and the higher medicinal compositions of plant, which grows under the shade net, can be attained. Conclusion To attain higher effective medicinal compositions, the determination of harvest time and cultivating condition is important. We should strengthen the harvest of fibrous roots and leaves of Coptis teeta Wall., and make use of it effectively. ......
