[摘要] 目的 探讨局部晚期低位直肠癌术前放疗+手术的安全性及有效性。方法 14例局部晚期低位直肠癌先术前治疗46 Gy，后行根治术。观察患者术前放疗反应，术中、术后情况及病理组织学的反应等。结果 经术前放疗后12例病人直肠肿块有不同程度的缩小，病理组织学上有癌细胞变性、坏死等。14例手术进行顺利，术后无严重并发症。结论 局部晚期低位直肠癌术前放疗+手术是安全有效的方法。

    Short-term clinical observation of Pre-operative radiotherapy+operation in locally advanced lower rectal cancer

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the safety and effectivity of pre-operative radiotherapy+operation in locally advanced lower rectal cancer.Methods Pre-operative radiotherapy with the dosage of 46 Gy and followed-by radical operation for 14 cases were performed.To observe the reaction of the patients during the pre-operative radiotherapy,the intra-operative and post-operative status,and the changes in pathohistology.Results 12 cases presented the minification of the rectal tumor to different extent,and the changes like degeneration or necrosis of the cancer cells in pathohistology could be seen.All of the 14 operations were performed successfully,no severe complications were happened post-operatively.Conclusion Pre-operative radiotherapy+operation in locally advanced lower rectal cancer is safe and effective. ......
