老年人高血压病用药分析

     【摘要】目的调查绍兴市某社区老年(≥60岁)高血压病人降压治疗药物使用情况。方法通过直接问卷方法，调查绍兴市越城区老年高血压患者1 550例，按年龄分组，分别对治疗率、达标率和降压治疗方法进行分析。结果该社区老年高血压病人治疗率较高，达73%，但大多数(659%)为单药治疗，联合用药仅为71%，达标率仅288%，且年龄越大者，达标率越低。结论绍兴市社区老年人高血压治疗率虽高，但达标率仍不高，可能与单药治疗多，联合用药少有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate usage of antihypertensive in patient of more than 60 years of age with hypertension in one community in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Proince,China. Methods All patients with hypertension were screened in Yue cheng District,Shao Xing,and 1 550 patients of age over 60 were enrolled in the study.Questionary of treatment received ,usage of antihypertensive, blood pressure control was filled on asking patients directly. Resukts Rate of using antihypertensive in these aged patients in the district was high,(73%) But most of them(659%)only took single drug rate of combination therapy was quite low,(only 71%),rate of blood pressure control was only 288%. There was a tendency that rate of successful of blood pressure control gradually decreased with the age advanging Conckusions Rate of using antihypertesive in these patients older than 60 years in the district was high,but rate of blood pressure control was low.It may be attributed to more monotherapy and less combination therapy. ......
