[摘要] 目的 研究骨肉瘤中上皮钙黏附素(epithelial cadherin,E-cadherin)和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen，PCNA)表达的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测49例骨肉瘤病人手术后的存档石蜡切片组织中的E-cadherin及PCNA的表达情况。结果 57.14%(28/49)的骨肉瘤病例E-cadherin的表达减弱，42.86%(21/49)的病例E-cadherin的表达正常。48.97%(23/49)的骨肉瘤病例PCNA呈高表达，51.03%(26/49)的病例PCNA呈低表达。二者的表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 E-cadherin表达正常对骨肉瘤细胞增殖有抑制作用，E-cadherin的表达减弱后细胞增殖能力增加；E-cadherin对骨肉瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用是不完全的。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of E-cadherin and PCNA in osteosarcoma.Methods Expression of E-cadherin and PCNA was detected immunohistochemically in paraffin imbedded specimens of 49 osteosarcoma.Results 28 (57.14%) of the 49 osteosarcoma showed reduced E-cadherin expression, 21(42.86%) showed normal E-cadherin expression.23 (48.97%) of the 49 osteosarcoma showed high PCNA expression, 26 (51.03%) showed low PCNA expression. Significant correlation was found between E-cadherin and PCNA expression (P<0.05).Conclusion Normal E-cadherin expression may have inhabitive effect on cell proliferation of osteosarcoma, reduced E-cadherin expression can promote cell proliferation, but the effect is incomplete. ......
