[摘 要] 目的: 探讨DNA与对氨基苯酚的相互作用。 方法: 在0.05 mol/L Na2 HPO4-0.05 mol/L NaH2PO4-0.10mol/L NaCl缓冲体系(pH=7.30)中研究对氨基苯酚在核苷三磷酸修饰电极及DNA修饰电极上的电化学行为。 结果: 双链DNA(dsDNA)和单链DNA(ssDNA)均可减小对氨基苯酚的氧化峰峰电流,在三磷酸腺苷(dATP)、三磷酸鸟苷(dGTP)修饰电极上的电化学行为与之相似。 结论: 三磷酸腺苷(dATP)、三磷酸鸟苷(dGTP)和DNA与对亚氨基苯醌以较强的氢键结合,与对氨基苯酚作用力较小。[关键词] 对氨基苯酚; DNA; 相互作用
Study on the interaction of DNA and p-aminophenol

[Abstract] Objective: To study on the interaction between p-aminophenol and DNA. Methods: The electrochemical behavior of p-aminophenol at nucleoside triphosphate,single chain DNA (ssDNA)and double chain DNA (dsDNA) modified electrode in 0.05mol/L Na2HPO4-0.05 mol/L NaH2PO4-0.10 mol/L NaCl buffer solution (pH=7.30) were studied in this paper. Results: The dATP and dGTP could de-crease the current of p-aminophenol and shift slightly its potential; the similar behavior at the dsDNA and ssDNA modified electrode was found.
