[摘要] 目的 探讨十二指肠损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析我院1989年1月～2005年1月收治的22例十二指肠损伤临床资料。结果 本组术前诊断明确3例；术中明确16例，漏诊3例；治愈20例，死亡2例。结论 临床经验不足是导致十二指肠损伤误诊、漏诊的重要原因，十二指肠损伤、穿孔一经确诊，应立即手术治疗。

    Experience in diagnosis and treatment of duodenal trauma:a report of 22 cases

    [Abstract] Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of duodenal trauma.Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of duodenal trauma from January 1989 to January 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 22 cases,3 cases were preoperatively diagnosed,16 cases were diagnosed in operation,3 cases misdiagnosed.Twenty cases were cured and 2 cases died.Conclusion Lack of clinical experience is the main cause of duodenal trauma,once duodenal fistula is diagnosed it should be treated by surgery immediately.
