【摘要】 目的 报告立体定向适形放射治疗颅外肿瘤138例，并作临床分析。方法 自1997年5月～2005年6月治疗138例颅外肿瘤(229个病变部位)，并进行了随访。肿瘤的临床靶体积(CTV)为0.2～254.6cm3(平均为28.9cm3),计划靶体积最小照射量为每次3.12～11.80Gy，分1～10次照射，最大剂量4.00～18.00Gy(平均为6.76Gy)，处方剂量是3～12Gy(平均为5.64Gy)。结果 治疗过程中无一例死亡。患者一般状况评分(KPS评分)：治疗前10～90分(平均为60分)，治疗后20～100分(平均84分)。随访1～48个月期间，按实体瘤疗效标准，完全缓解(CR)38例，部分缓解(PR)64例，无变(NC)20例，进展(PD)16例，观察到约88%的肿瘤得到控制，约74%的肿瘤缩小或消失。结论 立体定向适形放射治疗颅外肿瘤有较好疗效，为肿瘤的综合治疗开辟了一条新的途径。

    【Abstract】 Objective To report and analyze the effects of stereotactic conformal radiotherapy for extracranial tumors.Methods 138 patients with extracranial tumors underwent stereotactic conformal radiotherapy from May of 1997 to Jun of 2005.The clinical target volume (CTV) of tumors ranged from 0.2 to 254.6cm3 with a mean of 28.9cm3,the minimal irradiation does to the planning target volume (PTV) was 3.12 to 11.80Gy/freaction which was applied within 1～10 times.the maximal irradiation dose to PTV ranged from 4 to 18Gy with a mean of 6.76Gy.The prescribed does (PD) was 3～12Gy (mean 5.64Gy).Results No patient died during treatment.KPS score ranged from 10 to 90 (mean 60) before treatment,and from 20 to 100 (mean 84) after treatment.During the period of follow-up (1～48months),tumor was completely remittent in 38 cases,partly remittent in 64 cases,no changed in 20 cases,and deteriorated in 16 cases,88% of tumors were controlled,and 74% diminished or disappeared.Conclusion Stereotactic conformal radiotherapy is an effective method in treating extracranial tumors. ......
