     【摘要】目的：近年来腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)在国内得到广泛开展，与传统开腹手术比较其安全性一直存在争议，故我们进行了对国内LA临床对比资料的Meta分析，从循证医学的角度对LA的术后并发症发生率进行评价。方法：应用重庆维普资讯有限公司、万方数据股份有限公司、清华同方光盘股份有限公司以及中国生物医学文献数据库的搜索引擎对各自的数据库进行检索，按标准纳入、整理原始文献并提取有关数据。用固定效应模型和随机效应模型进行OR值的合并、检验。数据运算通过Review Manager 422进行。结果：共有30篇国内文献纳入。腹腔镜组术后并发症发生率较开腹组明显降低，合并OR值为017，P<000 001，其差异具有统计学意义。结论：LA安全有效，并发症发生率低于传统开腹手术。

    Meta analysis of complications in laparoscopic appendectomy in China

    【Abstract】 Objective:Laparoscopic appendectomy has been developed widely in China.It is a doubt yet if laparoscopic appendectomy safe enough comparing open appendectomy.We designed this Meta analysis to evaluate the security of laparoscopic appendectomy from the point of evidencebased medicine.Methods:We searched in database of cqvip,Wanfang,TsingHua TongFang and CNKI,select original literatures and pick up related data according to the standards.Then accounting and testing the combined OR with Fixed effect model and Random effect model in Review Manager 4.2.2.Results:There were 30 studies selected in our research.Complication ratio in LA is much lower than OA with combined OR=0.17,P<0.00 001,which has significant statistic difference.Conclusion:The results of this metaanalysis suggest that laparoscopic appendectomy reduces complications.However,we also see the need for further highquality randomized trials comparing the 2 techniques. ......
